Fundación Imprimátur

Imprimátur Foundation is a private institution, nonprofit, founded in 2009 with the broad goal of promoting cultural activities in all areas, as well as education and social integration, values that this institution considers essential in any society modern solidarity and progress.

ADN Graphic Center, Inc., as founder of the Imprimátur Foundation, seeking to reverse some of their profits in these areas for action in the framework of its Corporate Social Responsibility.

The institution operates throughout the national territory and through the use of new technologies, with Internet as the main action, in spanish speaking countries, in areas of development and promotion of reading, educational and cultural exchange among others. The aims of this foundation to encourage participation in the educational world, cultural and artistic heritage through holding competitions and awarding prizes in various fields of knowledge, culture and art.

It's a real claim of this institution, have their own programs for each of these areas: National and International Competitions, works to promote and disseminate cultural, educational projects and cultural outreach programs.

As a first activity of the Imprimatur Foundation, the forerunner of what we expect to make, born in 2009, while the Court the Imprimatur literary competitions, which aim to foster both literary creation, regardless of genre or style, as the reading as a catalyst for enlightenment and knowledge.

These contests, shows and pretend to be first button of what we trust is not only the beginning of a path are beginning to take and which covet the accompaniment of writers and readers are encouraged to follow, support and ultimately join us and why not, for anyone who wants one way or another, unselfishly, collaborate and cooperate with our efforts.

Dissemination of knowledge

In the scope of dissemination of knowledge, addressed in this 2010 institution that has just begun a program of activities spearheaded by the creation of a social network content called Scriptorium. The aim is that this social network to become a forum for exchanging knowledge and ideas, when the literary sphere, in which anyone can participate and contribute their talent, experience and knowledge to the rest of the community. We will work to create a literary community open to anyone who has ambitions to learn and share lessons learned.

Educational Projects

Hand in hand with partners focused on education, the Imprimátur Foundation sponsored in this year 2010 various projects aimed at the educational community. There appears to be working with the service agency "With Cause" within the auspices of "Snail Project". This educational project aimed at children 2 to 6 years on them for the first time for solidarity.

The shortage of teaching materials on joint awareness at early ages has inspired the team "With Cause" to create this project and this institution to support them.

Publications

Imprimatur Foundation intends to make an outstanding work of cultural patronage by publishing works of scientific, historical, humanistic, cultural, artistic, legal and economic, that are made available to public libraries by creating on-line. Ensuring that these publications constitute a backlist that collects writings from various authors, or collaborations with prestigious institutions.

Financing

At first all heritage and Imprimátur Foundation's budget is derived from the free provision of founder ADN Graphic Center, Inc., who devote part of their profits in each fiscal year to this institution. The contribution of ADN Graphic Center, Inc., to the Imprimatur Foundation is its Corporate Social Responsibility and as such should be understood. Although the foundation is based on the basis of these contributions, our aim is to be able to self-finance at least a fraction of its activity.

The purpose of the Imprimátur Foundation in all areas of business is nonprofit, it does not prevent us dedicate a part of our marketing activity of certain projects and activities that contribute to enriching the heritage of the institution to better compliance the ultimate goal.

The absence of profit is meant for, as failure to distribute profits, but if surpluses which, in any case, be devoted to achieving the aims of the foundation in current or subsequent periods. All benefits from projects and activities of the Imprimátur Foundation, will be used for both promotions, sponsorship, projects and ultimately to the founding objectives, or increase the assets of the foundation at the rates established by law as a means of self-financing for the proper functioning of its institutional work.
